Can anyone recommend their pediatrician? Massapequa area
Starting to look into it... will go as far west as Merrick (preferably south)... and as far east as Amityville... Massapequa....Tia!!

Many, many of us use Oppenheimer, Marchitelli, Korn and Fasano in Bellmore on Newbridge Rd. 781-9898

I am from Massapequa and found a pediatrician in Amityville Dr Ford but I chose Dr Morris Rabinowicz in Plainview almost across from the hospital. It really is not that far and he was the best I found I did a lot of interviewing which is important because you want to feel comfortable with the office the staff and the Dr. I just loved everything about his office and staff and of course him and he came HIGHLY recommended from so many people.

yep - we use them and are overall really happy. Very responsive to phone calls and last minute issues.
My only suggestion for new patients would be to always request to see a ped - they don't always give you one at appts unless you ask. It bothered me at first but now I just ask whenever I'm there.

One other question... when did you actually contact them?
I think I did this when I was 35 wks or so - I didn't have time to contact them before that....most have a new parent night where everyone comes in and meets the peds, etc. So we did that and then didn't see them again until I delivered in the hospital.
