I like my old gyno, but hated the office unless you can go during the day. I saw Maria Lockhart. She has a nice bedside manner and is affiliatede w/ Good Sam. I also have Empire.

My eye doc is with South Shore Eye. Dr. Luchs. Located in Bellmore.

I have empire blue cross etc and I use Suffold OB/GYN. They are good.

Eye doctor....Ronald Lopinto in Plainview
gyno....Michele Polidoro in Islip. I know she's affiliated with good sam but I don't know if either take your insurance. They are both great.
