Can anyone share a frosting recipe they love?

I don't eat cake/frosting, I never liked it, but I am making a cake and cupcakes for my DS bday party. I am making chocolate cake off the back of the hersheys cocoa container. I have no idea what kind of frosting to make. It just has to be something good

Peanut Butter Frosting
1 stick butter
2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 tsp vanilla
heavy cream or whole milk (enough to make it light and fluffy, start with 1/4 cup and add a little at a time)


Cream the 1 stick of butter, add the 2 cups PB, 1/4 cup cream and the 2 tsp vanilla. Slowly (SLOWLY!) beat in the confectioners sugar. Add more milk as needed to keep a fluffy icing consistency...

I recently used the buttercream frosting recipe off of the domino confectionary sugar box. It was so simple to make and it tasted so yummy.
