Mine is in the corner. Don't mindmy unpainted wall - my remodel still isn't finished. I bought the oven abut a year before we redid the kitchen and at that time we figrued we do black and stainless appliances. When we remodelled we did all stainless but since it is an oven - I don't think it looks that bad together.

geez - I am not even sure. The kitchen place I used really only sold this brand and I liked it so I went with it. Sounds weird - I know. The wood is cherry wood but not sure the name of the color. It isn't a red cherry as you can tell - more of a medium brown.
