Can anyone suggest a really good book...
for a b-day gift for my colleague? He's a first year elementary school band teacher and his bday is in a few days, so I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions of an appropriate book? Thanks so much!

I liked Teacher Man by Frank McCourt.
Mr. Holland's Opus is a movie, but a great choice considering his subject area.
