Im looking to lose weight (mostly) and of course tone up as I go. I have been doing cardio (5 days a week 30-50 min of running) and Im sort of stuck. I need to adjust my diet a bit (mostly cutting out a lot of carbs and less on the fruit) but Ive already been staying away from the junk for a while now.

Im meeting with a trainer sunday and will probably be doing this every sunday (it is high intensity training)

I just started doing some weights but I need a schedule and what to do each day. Anyone care to share?
