Can chia seeds cause bloating?
I just introduced chia seeds into my diet, and yesterday I was so bloated I looked 6 months pregnant! I know this can happen, but has anyone had this hapen to them, and how long did it take for that to stop happening to them?

Can chia seeds cause bloating?
I had the opposite effect once i started eating chia seeds, did you do anything else that may have caused bloating? Go to the beach, eat a lot of salt?
