Can DD still get her shots if she has a cold
DD has had a little cold for the past few days...I'm hoping it will all be cleared up by Friday, BUT if she doesn't will they still give her the vaccinations...I know I should obviously call my Dr's office but wanted to see if any of you had been in this situation first...

Personally I wouldn't want to , even if the doc said ok
I hope she feels better soon

Can they? yes although it will depend on how sick they are to begin with.
Would I? No...DS got his 2nd flu shot when he was slightly under the weather...nothing too bad just a little sniffle and a 99.2 fever. This was Saturday and he was cleared to get his shot. By Monday he was really sick and wound up on a nebulizer.
So in the future if my DS is the least bit Ill I will not be giving him shots. He has never had a reaction to any of his shots before or after this.

Good to know!!! Now I'm worried that even if she seems better should I give it a day or two before we get her shots..
