Can I ask a ? for those who did IUI
Sorry to be crashing your board. I usually post on the infertility board but figured I'd post this here.
I just was wondering if any of you had done IUI, how soon after did you get pregnant?

I never got pregnant through IUI (I had 5). I had to go through IVF.

WOW thats great!! My Dr. wants me to go through 2 more rounds of Clomid and see if that works.....if not then on to the IUI.

I did 4 iuis and none of them worked. My first IVF was successful.

i did an IUI with clomid cycle. however, I do not think i got pregnant that way. MY GYN's office did it (not an re) so i was not monitored in anyway on the clomid. I was told to come in on day 13, b/c clomid would "force" ovulation for day 14. but according to my CBEFM monitor I peaked on day 16. So i wasnt ovulating at the time of the IUI. DH and I made sure to continue BD'ing anyway after the iui and we did so on the nite of day 15, then i ovulated the next day.
So i think thats what did it ..and the clomid. although i'll never know for sure.
Im 15 weeks tomorrow.

I had 5 unmedicated IUI cycles. I got PG on #'s 2, 3 and 5. The first two ended in early miscarriages. The 5th ended in Abby!

I got pregnant on my first and only IUI. It was a medicated cycle.

I was getting cysts on my ovaries every month from the meds so we would switch on and off. We finally stopped since we would lose a month when the cysts appeared. It took about a year on and off and finally just using clomid worked.
Both DH and I each had our own INF issues working against us
