Can I do a homemade mac & cheese the day before?
I make mac & cheese (I got recipe on here). If I cook pasta aldente, can I make it tomorrow then refrigerate and bake on Thursday? Will it get mooshy?

Yes, I've done it and never had a mushy issue. I always make my ziti the night before and bake it the next day.

No issues at all! You could even freeze it and it still comes out great baked.

I don't find that it reheats that great, I would boil the noodles and then bake it day of...

OK great, thanks! I made the macaroni and the cheese sauce, mixed and then put in fridge. Today i'll add panko on top and bake. Fingers crossed!
