Can i eat cheese
so i just got my BFP yesterday and i am craving mac and cheese and i had a slice of pizza for lunch. I heard you shouldnt eat some cheeses though. Are the two i mentioned OK? Thanks and I hope everyone has a healthy and happy 9 months!

Totally can. u cant eat unpasturized cheeses. Feta cheese and fresh mozerella are no nos.

Of course and you should! Cheese is a great source of calcium.
You can't have brie, feta, etc. Actually, only if they are unpasturized you can't have them.

Soft imported cheeses tend not to be pasteurized (blue cheese, feta, fresh mozzarella) but the domestic versions are pasteurized and are fine to eat. You just need to read the labels.
