I went to Germany at 4 months. I think you should be fine but check with your OB to be sure...

I think you are fine! The only people that have to worry are high-risk and flying close to your due date.

I will be flying at 4 months, dr said its ok...just get up and walk around a bit on the flight a few times

I am 4 months and leave for Ireland/England next week. My Dr. said there are no issues at all to be worried about.

I'm flying to Florida at 3 months and Brussels/Amsterdam at 4 months. My OB said no problem, just try to get up once per hour and stand/walk around to avoid blood pooling. He also said to drink extra water to stay hydrated.
