Can I make this???

I was thinking about making chicken cutlets and then in a mixing bowl adding cream of chicken soup with 3/4 can of milk and wild rice and putting it in a pan with the chicken and cooking on 350 for 35 minutes (covered for the 1st half)..

My question.. will the rice cook in the oven covered?

I would think it should as long as liquid is in the pan and it's covered.

yup!! i make this all the time!! i actually found the recipe on the campbells soup website.
i use the light cream of chicken soup and put it in a lasagna pan with some water ( i forget how much though- maybe 3/4 cup??) then i add about a cup of uncooked rice and some frozen corn. i mix it all together into like a soup. then i put the chicken in there with it and bake it for about 40 minutes at 375, covered with foil.
comes out goood! and SOO nice to only have one pan to wash!!

I make it too but with mixed veggies.

I am making it tomorrow.. I think I will get some veggies now to cook with it!!! Thanks Ladies!!!
