Re: Can I pack juice boxes on an airplane?
My daughter went through security sucking on a 8oz juice box(actually it was milk but it was packaged like a juice box). I thought they were going to give me a hard time and I was prepared to toss it in the garbage but my daughter walked right by them and they never questioned it but the rules seems to vary day to day, airport to airport.

Re: Can I pack juice boxes on an airplane?
I printed the sheet from TSA in case someone said something so I could show them what was on the TSA official webpage.
I had no trouble bringing milk and milk boxes with ice. It says you can bring juice - the quantity could be an issue if you try to bring a lot but they didn't give me a hard time at all - in fact they didn't even look at what I brought with me.
It is no problem at all to bring it on the plane it is just security that could be the issue. If they do for some reason take it you can buy juice, milk, and water after security and you can take that onto the plane with no issues.
This is from the TSA site:
Medications, baby formula and food, breast milk, and juice are allowed in reasonable quantities exceeding three ounces and are not required to be in the zip-top bag. Declare these items for inspection at the checkpoint. Click here to learn more about 3-1-1
All items including formula, breast milk, and juice will be inspected, however, you or your infant or toddler will not be asked to test or taste breast milk, formula, or juice. Our Security Officers may test liquid exemptions (exempt items more than 3 ounces) for explosives.

Re: Can I pack juice boxes on an airplane?
We had no problem at JetBlue (JFK) or on the return flight bringing juice boxes. I just declared that we had them for the baby and kept them in a separate little cooler bag.

Re: Can I pack juice boxes on an airplane?
I found the TSA at JFK and LAX to be very helpful when it comes to babies and children. I have taken on diaper cream that is above the 3oz rule, milk, juice whatever as long as I show them and they see Grace.
My last flight they even put her "baby" through first and gave to her asap to stop her from crying. They also helped open my stroller for me.

Yes, just let them know you have them. I had no problems.

Re: Can I pack juice boxes on an airplane?
I had juice boxes, milk boxes, and a full sippy cup, and they didn't even look in the diaper bag to see what they were.

When I came home from Florida in July we had no problem. They did check my bag, but when they saw DS I was allowed thru with 3 Capri Suns.

I've never had a problem with anything that i've brought for Kristina through airport security - filled bottles and all.
