Sorry, I pressed enter too soon-

Do you think it is safe and/or harmful if he has not had his shots yet--I would keep him covered and close to me--like Target or TJMaxx? I am dying to get out..............

I took my son out when he was a few days old. so long as you have him close and no one near him, he should be fine. I've always believed that fresh air does some good.

I don't think it's a problem at all. It's gorgeous out - I'm sure you could both use the fresh air!!

I would say yes. I took my daughter out in public probably around 1 week to 10 days. We went to BRU and she was covered up. She also had her first trip to the park at 6 days old!

Don't let people touch him. It is still RSV season.

Have fun!

It shouldn't be a problem for the in and out visits to the store - i would just have him wrapped well and i would make sure no one touches him.
I would then make sure you sanitize your hands once you get out of the store for any germs and dealing with money transactions.

My son was born in November and we were out in the stores when he was two weeks old.

my daughter was born in September I had her out and when I went to stores I would keep the netting over the carriage so people couldpt touch her or I would strap her inot one of those baby carriers and no one was able to touch her lol lol I know sounds like I am a crazy person but didn't need her to get sick
