Can someone fill me in on Univ Plaza ob/gyn, Dr. Miller? Kofinas patients.

I see Dr. Kofinas for high risk. I was going to be using Univ. Plaza Ob/Gyn for reg appts. So now I fimd out Dr. Miller left the practice. Does anyone know why? Dr. Kofinas wants me to use Dr. Miller still. I wanted to avoid a one doctor practice for better wait times, availabilty for csection, etc... This is why I am not using Pillitari. I am so confused. My first dd was born in VA so I don't know these doctors at all. If anyone can help fill in the blanks I would appreciate it. TIA!!!

Dr. Miller delivered my twins. I never liked him during my pregnancy. I ended up with an unscheduled c section and he was fantastic. Looking back I realized I didn't like him because he was realistic and he always told the truth during my complications. In reality, he might have been responsible for saving their lives as crazy as that sounds.

I love Dr Miller. I used Univ. Plaza to deliver both of my kids. I saw him more with dc#2. I kept having issues pop up thoughout my pregnancy & he helped me thorugh all of it. Now that he left the practice, I'm still unsure if I should stick with the remaining doctors, who are great as well, or follow Dr Miller to his new office. Don't know why he left but I have felt the tension between him & Dr. R. a few times during my last pregnancy.

Dr. Miller went to Complete Women's Health care (Nadel, LoPresti, Dilena) ... same building.

I am sorry to see him go. He was the one that circumcised DS. I liked seeing him when I was pregnant.

I really like him too. He did both of my c secs. I thought his move had to do with insurance..

I don't know dr miller but I see dr kofinas. I wanted to leave Dr. Pilliteri and Dr. Kofinas is ok with me going to University plaza...I see Dr Rosenberg and Dr Cafaro (sp?).

I never saw Dr. Miller during my pregnancy, but he ended up delivering my first son. He delivered him well, and we were both healthy at the end of it all, but he was awful. He made me feel terrible and was so rude to me and to my family. I left the practice because of him after that experience. I like Dr. Cafaro a lot, and Dr. Rosenberg was fine, didn't really connect with him, but he seems like a very good doctor. Sadly for me, Dr. Miller has now joined my current practice. I love the other 3 doctors so much that I am sticking with the practice. I just hope to God I never ever see him for another delivery. That being said, I know that I am in a great minority, as almost everyone I know of who sees him has nothing but great things to say about him. I hope I just caught him on a bad day.

That's horrible, Maureen. I'm guessing it was a bad day. I can't imagine having to endure a rude doctor by your side when you have to deliver a baby. But, he isn't warm & fuzy in general & if you don't know him, I could see how someone thought he was rude.

He delivered my son and helped me through the delivery, told me everything that was going on, told me everything that he was doing during the birth. He helped me through my preg when test after test came back abnormal on a few things. I cried on his shoulder once & that was a funny experience since he isn't the warm & fuzy type. I guess you just have to know him.

Saw Dr. Cafaro and Dr Rosenberg through both my pregnancies. I was a kofinas patient for both pregnancies and he was on with me seeing any dr in that practice. I only saw dr miller twice total and he was great, but I think Cafaro and Rosenberg are just as great.

I used Kofinas and University Plaza. I requested that Cafaro do my elective C which he did, but I also ended up seeing Rosenberg and Miller as well. I liked them all. When my aunt was pregnant the baby was breach and he manually turned the baby. My aunt said it was a big deal that he was able to do that.
