Can someone give me their cocktail for sinus headaches?
I have never had sinus problems before but this season is going to kill me...I swear..I can't take this pain anymore. What is your all-time favorite "cocktail" or medication/remedy I need relief. I am very sensitive to ephedrine/caffeine so I hope there is still hope.

tylenol cold & sinus w/ some caffeine
a warm shower or bath and I actually "snort" the water....kind of like when you breath underwater. Helps to open everything up.
Also, drinking warm fluids or you could do warm damp washcloth over the eyes to help open up the nasal passages....
of course, that's being that I can't use my nasonex cuz I'm preggers

Advil Cold & Sinus works really well for me. it's gone within 20 minutes

Dana....Saline Spray called Simply Saline....I have horrible sinus problems (deviated septum) this stuff really helps me

If you're in pain, you have an infection and the only thing that will help is an antibiotic...coupled with a decongestant (Allegra-D is the only one that works on me).

I agree, everytime I have sinus problems I take my DH's allergy medicine....such as Allegra D

Allegra D (prescription) or the same thing really OTC, Clariton D you will feel better in a half hour.
