Can someone help me out? I have a computer related question?
my dh is looking for a program or device where he can dictate notes like on a recorder and then upload it to the computer and put it in a word document. does this even exist?

There are digital recorders which can then be uploaded to the computer.
I don't know about Word, but you can upload voice recordings in Powerpoint.
