Can someone help me understand a comment in Nina's EI summary?

Can someone help me understand a comment in Nina's EI summary?
In Nina's 3 month summary it states that at times her speech has an "echolalic quality." From what I know, isn't that a red flag for autism, asperger's and a few other things? Im really freaked out by that comment.

No, don't worry - Jack had the same thing. Example - if someone would say to him "Jack do you want juice." he would say "Want juice"
It's repeating what they heard instead of answering it appropriately!

Ugh, Thanks Diana. I swear I read these things and my heart is in my throat. Im so scared that they are going to tell me that something is more serious with her.

I promise you, I don't even read the reports anymore. I would get too depressed over it and I know it's not a true representation of how he is.
