Can someone Please save me from the craziness in my House
My Dh is watching the Notre Dame game and its only the first quarter and they are losing 7 to 0 and he is yelling at the top of his lungs, He is going to give himself high Blood pressure and a heart attack!

tell him to do yoga during the commercial breaks.
