can someone please tell me what is so great about Bohemia???
seriously! WHY are the houses there SOOOOOOO expensive?! it has some "shady" parts and some nice one's too. I live very close to that town and see nothing upscale about it. In fact, Bohemia has a trailer park! Valley Forge Village or something like that.
I understand that Connetquot SD is a good one, but Ronkonkoma goes there too and they're houses are not nearly as high!

nice area, descent schools. What is so great about most areas? I mean some areas are very overpriced for reasons beyond my comprehension. Bohemia is nice I really cannot think of anywhere that is not

2. It's Long Island!
3. I've seen several new (and very large) houses in the area

also, there used to be some rule about property size I think because of the park, so most of the homes are on 1/2 plus acre. A bunch are at least an acre, most on Sycamore are close to two.
