Mill Pond House in Centerport (but I would imagine you need to make a reservation ASAP.)

I would recommend Hemmingways in Wantagh, but I called there yesterday and they were booked!

The Caryle on the Green has a great restaurant in there called the Oak Room and they usually have a great brunch.

don't know if they are doing it this year but the Thatched Cottacge had a GREAT mother's day spread last year. My grandmother is STILL talking about it.

It might be hard to get a reservation at places--I called 2 weeks ago and everywhere around me was booked. I do think the Huntington Hilton still has room open for brunch... I was also looking for a buffet brunch...
These were booked- Rothman's Shishkebab ( Plainview and Westbury) Riverbay Peppercorn's Wickers Rothman's
