Can someone recommend a Tent (and tables/chairs) rental company?
Looking to rent a Tent and tables and chairs for my daughters birthday party, I'd love some recommendations please....and thank you!

We used Inflatables N More for a tent, tables and chairs, and were very happy with them.

Where do you live? Most of the time, the vendors charge a delivery fee if you live far so it might pay to use whichever company is close to home

I'm in W. Islip...I amazed at how expensive it is just to rent a tent w/tables and chairs.

I'm in West Babylon, and Inflatables N More is local - there was no delivery charge or set-up fee.
I believe I paid $379 for a 20' x 30' pole tent, 6 round tables, 1 buffet table, and 50-something chairs.

I thought they were reasonable and they set up quickly. They are NYC firemen who do this on the side.

best price i found!! i noticed they are now a vendor on here i dont think they were when i used them. You can find thier prices on the website

We used Pitchin' Tents last summer for DS' 1st birthday party, and will be again this year. My cousin also just booked them for her DS's party later this month. Lowest prices I could find, and I called a LOT of places. They are in Lindenhurst so I think if you are further than 10 miles there is a travel fee.

DH hired them for my surprise 30th bday this past weekend. We were very impressed. He got a great deal and set up and take down was quick and easy
