Can teething cause vomitting...
DS vomitted twice last night. I mean it came out like a faucet. It happened when I was feeding him cereal last night. After we cleaned it up we tried again and after 2 spoonfuls he threw up again and it once again came out like a faucet. Then I waited a little bit and gave him a stage 2 fruit. There was no problem with that and no throw up.
Could it have been the cereal? or the milk? It's not like the milk was expired cuz it wasn't...
Could it possibly be teething? because in addition to all this he's been pooping and the stools have been loose. This morning he pooped twice in less than 10 minutes.
I hope it's not some kind of stomach bug either.
He has been refusing bottles but not solids. I think I am going to give the doctor a call later.

He was not upset when all that vomit came out. It happened twice in less than 5 minutes and never cried once. In fact when my mom picked him up (we were at her house) he was smiling and babbling.

It could be the stomach virus. It's going around.
Is he in day care?
My daughter had it for almost a week. I hope it's not the bug. I can't tell you how many loads of laundry I did. It wiped my daughter out. She's finally back to herself after a week.

In the beginning, when Noah got his first toothies, he always threw up! First time around I didn't know what it was but then within an hour I felt the sharpness of a new tooth, so I always associate the two.
This kid thew up like a fountain too!!!

Yes it can! I thought Julia was sick this whole time and it ended up being her teeth, she gets very bad diarreah from the acid in the teeth, and she also threw up once from it.
I can't wait for all her teeth to come in already!

He's had these two swollen lumps on top. He already has the 2 bottom teeth. On the bottom of one of the lumps I think I see this little thin line. It looks like something maybe cutting through. It could take another week or 2 who knows.

Oh God it's such a pain. It's so not fair that they have to suffer everytime a tooth is coming in. But I gotta say my little trooper was so brave last night. It didn't even phase him he was like "la ti da". It was so weird because he didn't make any vomitting sounds either it just poured out, it was as if someone literally turned on the faucet.

Definitely... DS has his bottom teeth with no vomitting but he had diarrhea for WEEKS... Now his top 2 teeth are coming in and he started projectile vomitting yesterday right after his solids the first time and after his bottle the next.

Yes! DS doesnt vomit but my god those poopy diapers. I think we keep Huggies in business. His are very loose and at least every other day I get a leaky diaper which leads to a bath.

The stools are loose but not watery where they leak. Is that still considered diarreah or just the regular loose stool. Cause he has those too on a normal basis. It's just that lately all his stools are loose. He usually poops once or twice a day. Now it's like 3 or 4...

I was wondering the same thing. Roman is getting two bottom teeth and he threw up in his crib last night. I felt horrible. He is happy though, and seemed fine this morning.

What's strange was DS threw up twice after attempting to feed him cereal twice but with the fruit there was no problem...
