Can we combine milk from 2 different breasts and/or two different feeding times?
Forgive me if that's a dumb question...
I'm assumin we can. Just want to make sure.
I have two little amounts in my fridge from two different sessions yesterday and I don't know which breasts they're from. Can I mix them? What if they were from 2 different days? (but within the safe 4 day fridge period).
Thanks!

I have read that you shouldn't mix warm and cold milk as in freshly pumped and already refrigerated milk. If your gonna mix milk from 2 different feedings just cool the freshly pumped milk before adding it to the already refrigerated milk. I donate milk to prolacta and they don't accept milk that is a compilation of multiple pumpings or mixed cold and warm milk.

Is there anyone who marks what breast they pumped from? I am pretty sure the milk that comes out of the left breast and the right breast is the same.

This question has me I never kept track of which side it was from or thought twice about it. Don't sweat the small stuff.
