Can we eat kiebalsa
Mom making kielbasa inside a pasta meal cutting up and frying it up but not sure we can have because I know hot dogs are a no no

I ate hot dogs all the time. They are not a no no.
And I certainly ate kiebalsa...it's a staple on Christmas and Easter in my family and I was pregnant for both holidays

Can we eat kiebalsa
All this baby really wants is pork. Ribs, bacon, sausage... pepperoni. And I've been eating beef kielbasa. I cannot eat steak, chicken or poultry... so if thats my only way of getting in protein... I'm eating all the pork and beef kielbasa!

Kielbasa, hot dogs, processed meats are not definitive no-no's. They are just high in sodium and nitrates so they are just to be eaten on occasion. And well heated.
