Can we eat mussels?
I am thinking about getting mussel soup for lunch but I don't know if we can have shell fish

I am not positive, but the thought of that just made me gag, lol.
But in all seriousness - my doctor said all cooked shell fish in moderation is fine. There were only 4 weird fish she mentioned not to eat and I never even heard of them. Enjoy!

My doctor said no shellfish -- but I think doctors have different opinions on this.

My doctor said yes we can eat shellfish, but don't eat it all the time- once in a while.
