can you follow weightwatchers and breastfeed?
iwant to do ww after the baby. i used to eat the frozen meals and also the muffins are they ok to eat? TIA

It is certainly OK for you to use them -- however I would recommend getting info about the breastfeeding program that ww has. You want to make sure that you are eating more (You get extra points) because you don't want to eat too little and jeopardize your milk supply!
Any meeting place can give you the info or I'm sure you can find it on the weight watcher's website -- they have a message board there for moms.

yes, if you do the point system you jusy add a few extra points for example, I was alloowed 20 points regularly, but when I BF'd I was allowed 30!

thanks that was actually my next question how many extra point are you allowwed if say your wieght rangewould normally mean you ate 20 points while breastfeeding i would add 10 points? thast sounds like alot but ill take it LOL.
Now are flex points the same an extra 35 a week in addition to the 30 per day???

I did jenny craig while nursing and did great - you just have to take in more calories, and they have plans for that as I'm sure ww does.
