Can you freeze feta cheese crumbles?
Or will it lose its flavor/consistency? There is a buy one get one free sale at Stop and Shop

I'm not sure about freezing feta, but you can extend its shelf life by keeping it in brine.
Is the block of feta also on sale? Not sure how crumbles would work in brine.

The flyer only said crumbles. Guess I will be eating a lot of feta this week.

If you are motivated to cook, you can make a spinach pie, cheese pie, or zucchini fritters.
They all use feta and can be easily frozen.
I love feta and as a kid I use to tell my mom I was going to marry a man that makes feta cheese!
