Can you get pregnant with early ovulation?

Hi ladies!
I tend to ovulate too early. I detect the LH surge on day day 10. Has any of you achieved pregnancy with early ovulation, because I hear it's more difficult to become pregnant this way....?????

My acupuncturist told me that if you ovulate before day 13, it makes it difficult for the sperm to penetrate the egg, because the egg's shell is too hard...
