I think you can. Just carrying the extra weight I think can cause this. I know I had it bad around 20 weeks, and then it pretty much went away until last week (35 weeks).

Yes, you can. I had them at the very beginning unfortunately. It was hell. The pain went away in the second trimester and then came back in the third. ugh!
