Can you guys help me
I need some help. I need a four day split routine for weight loss. I do the treadmill everyday but I have no weights in my workout routine and I am clueless when it comes to working out.
What I need is exactly what exercise to do on what day and how many reps to do as well. I was searching in Google and can't find anything that is straight forward to follow. I will also need abs in there if you can tell me what to do with them on my cardio days. Or if you know any good websites that could tell me what to do.
Oh and one more thing.. I will only be working out at home with weights and bench I have there.

If I were you I would get some workout DVDs that alternate strength training and cardio. Many of these like Billy Blanks will use your body for strength training so you don't even need any equipment.
