Can you guys help me...

I am really intent on making this work...so far, I have cut back to 1 cup of coffee in the AM...I try to eat non-processed foods as much as I can...I am taking my daily vitamin and my folic acid...I just ordered pre-seed...

My DH quit smoking and had the surgery for his blockage...

What else should we be doing / taking? Supplements, juices, etc?

sorry, I am no help. I have never been very good at this. Tah-Wee-Zah was very complusive about it, you can search for her thread if you want lots of specific suggestions.

The other girls may have some ideas for you.

I used PreSeed. I ordered it almost as soon as we started TTC because I wanted as much help as possible!!!

I also put a small pillow under my hips after we BD'd and stayed there for 20 minutes. We also made sure he was on top

I got preggo after 4 months of trying. (I was worried because I may only have one good fallopian tube because of a fibroid that has been removed.)

Have you checked out twoweekwait.com? A lot of success stories on there, and ladies share things that they did that helped them get preggo!

I wasnt 100% perfect either and I got a BFP on my First IVF too, so I think you can go the healthy way like Theresa, or you can do what is natural and easiest for you and the results are gonna be the same...Its all fate and partially your diagnosis. I stopped smoking,t hat was about it, and more vitamins of course.

If DH is your only problem, he should take a lot of extra vitamins, you can find out a lot of whats good doing a google search and you are well on your way......

I don't have PCOS -- but I did acupuncture and chiropractic. I also ate too much fast food. I limited but didn't cut out alcohol (which I did the first IVF - BFN). I bough organic but in the end, ate whatever - we ate out a lot.

I would consider acupuncture and getting rid of alcohol, and any other "bad" stuff. But you can't deprive yourself for too long otherwise you will just be unhappy. Staying happy and stress free are probably the 2 most important things you can do.

I don't drink anyway for the most part so that is no problem for me...I can *try* to cut of the 1 cup of coffee in the AM...that will be very hard LOL...I didn't realize about sugar, that will be hard too..but doable. I go to Whole Foods a lot for lunch near work so that should be easy to find good things to eat...I started exercising (walking) again so hopefully that will help a little...
