Can you guys help me make sense of my levels and chart?

I'm having trouble understanding when I might have ovulated. Some background: This is my first Clomid cycle. I took 100 mg on days 3-7. I got positive OPKs on days 10, 11 and 12. I also have O pain and EWCM. Now, my temperature in my chart aren't going along with the other symptoms of O. I expected my O day to be on day 12, but today is day 13 and I didn't get a temp rise. I went in for bloodwork on Monday, which was cycle day 10 and I received this email today from my doctor about my results:

"Dr Braverman asked me to email you the results, he said that it appears you were ovulating. Your LH was 10.1, Estradiol 266 and progesterone 0.6. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the office and speak with him. thanks"

So, can anyone tell me when I might have ovulated? I'm going to try to attach my chart. Thanks!

I disagree with your DrChat Icon Each developed follicle produces anywhere from 200-400 of estradiol. Also I think your LH would be around 20+ when about to O. Sounds like you were leading up to O but not there yet. To post a chart from FF. Go to your sharing page and copy the home pages link then insert as a link.

I agree with Meli...but at the same time I would have a few questions for your Dr.
1- Why 100mg. of Clomid, you were ovulating on your own so the reason for Clomid would be more follies or better quality and generally 50mg. is enough for that. Clomid thins out your CM which isn't good for sperm
2- Has he looked into the fact that you have a short luteal phase. It seems like your LP is an average of 10-12 days and that's kind of short. Has he done a progesterone test after ovulation.
3- Has any other testing been done. HSG to see if your tubes are blocked or a water sono to check your uterus?

Gertyrae, I'm not sure about 100 mg of Clomid rather then 50 mg. I do ovulate on my own, but I tend to have long cycles. Maybe he has seen a better success rate with 100 mg? Not sure but I will ask.

I don't believe that I have a short luteal phase. I think I might have had a 10 days luteal phase one cycle in the past 4 years and its usually 12-14 days. My doc thinks that's fine.

I am scheduled for a bloodtest on Monday to check progesterone, as my doc seems think I will O or have O'd this week. There hasn't been any other testing done at this point. We conceived our daughter easily and this is only our 4th cycle TTC #2, so I wouldn't say we're having issues at this point. My main reason for consulting my doc was b/c I suspected PCOS based on my long, irregular cycles and symptoms of PCOS. My bloodwork for PCOS came back normal, but my thyroid level was slightly low. I'm going to see an endo for that next week. On a sonogram, I did have cycts on my ovaries consistent with PCOS, but my doc said that could also be related to hypothyroidism.

Thanks for the input.
