Can you post pictures of window treatments
in your living room? or if your window is VERY long?
I want privacy, but I also like light. Plus our window is super long, so I am wary of horizontal blinds (although I generally prefer them to vertical blinds).
I love Roman Blinds - so if you have those, please post them too!
Thanks!

Dear Suz, I need pictures of your house. Signed, This is cool, and would look nice with a sheer panel behind it.
eta- the dots are little wooden circles, on string- you could do sand dollars!

I heart that idea - although I think DH is thinking I am going a bit too far with my love of blue/nautical/beachiness/stripes. I don't have pictures of said window - I will have to remember to take some tonight.
I forgot the last 23 days, so the chances of remembering now....

I know I know. Actually I don't even know where I unpacked my digital camera. I remember unpacking it and that is about it.
Here is the pic of the backyard where I will have my kegger (stolen from mlsli before we closed - so no I did not take this)

Re: Can you post pictures of window treatments
My living room has a 5 panel window so it is kind of long. I used sheers and then side and top treatments. I used a traverse rod (like that is what it is called) so you can easily slide open the sheers and let in more or less light when necessary. Sheers allow some light but yet privacy.
I love Roman shades too - I have them on my bedroom windows.
