Michael has this. I like it because right now we can steer it but when he can reach the pedals I can take the steering bar off and he can pedal it.

I rec that one as well! It's called the Radio Flyer Steer n Stroll (or something like that).
My DS is 2 and loves it. Even though he can pedal it fine by himself, I use the bar just for steering when we're taking a walk thru the neighborhood together and he's riding it.

Michael is almost 2 but he can not reach the pedals yet. It is called the Radio Flyer Steer & Stroll. FIL brought it for Michael for Xmas from Target.

We have the same one. DS likes it but he gets off and on, off and on, off and on, off and on, off and on..... I miss my pushbuggy with the strap  DH didn't like the steering but I've done it and it's fine, I got it at Target too. They put it on sale a lot, we got it for $42 or $44
