Can you rec your Pediatric Dentist?
We only are covered for one Dr. Robert Goldsmith but I heard he does nothing special for the kids and it is a regular office.
I was looking for a more kid friendly place so he isn't scared.

That Broadway Smile on Broadway in Massapequa. There are three dentists... two women, one man. GREAT office. Movie theatre with popcorn in waiting room, XBox, TVs, great atmosphere, great staff. Highly recommend.

I bring DD to Kidd Smiles in Manhasset. The office is great, Dr. Savel is a sweetheart, and they are extremly helpful when it comes to insurance "stuff" too. DD sees the ortho that's there too, and she is wonderful as well !!

My dentist has two small children and is so good that we decided to have our son go to him, too.
Dr. Valentine in Stony Brook, right off Nicolls Road by campus. His support staff is fantastic, too. Here's a pic of Jack's 1st visit:
