Can you recommend a great hotel, b&b or inn for a quick trip this weekend??
I have been REALLY stressed since my mom passsed away last month and my pregnancy has been a rollercoaster ride. Dh and I would like to get away this weekend to chill out. Please recommend your favorites.

We're doing a weekend trip to Cape May, NJ this weekend. It'll be our first time there. Apparently it's like a Christmas Village there throughout December with cute little holiday tours, etc. We'll see...

I just stayed at this place for the 2nd time - there's no place on earth more relaxing and romantic:
Woolverton Inn
It's in Lambertville, NJ, close to New Hope. It's really a sweet area to hang out for the weekend.

I was just going to say Newport. I only stopped there for a few hours on the way home from a trip... I have been dreaming of it every since. I bet it is beautiful this time of year.

DH and I went to Newport, RI a few weeks ago and it was great! IT's about a 3 hr ride which isn't bad. We stayed at the Spring St Inn - very reasonably priced and good location!

mohonk is gorgeous, but if youre loooking to be alil money savvy try this place...
it comes highly recommended by my friends, and everytime i try to book i cant get the room i want so it must be nice ;)

its very close, right by hunter mtn, and the price is incredible 175 a nite for a beautiful room and a delicious breakfast!!
