Can you recommend skin products for baby blemishes?

My little guy has baby acne. I can't help but feel it's because I don't wash his face enough but I know we shouldn't use soap everyday since it will dry out his skin.

Can you recommend products for baby blemishes?

I can't help but want to bust out my exfoliating facial wash, toner, and lotion to use on his face but obviously I shouldn't.

Does Aquaphor work for blemishes?

DS had dry skin a few weeks ago and Aquaphor worked super well. DH told me to stop putting so much lotion on DS since his skin isn't dry anymore. I shouldn't listen to DH!

The acne is caused by the mother's hormones, which stay in the baby's system for a little while. I wouldn't use anything on it. It should go away on its own.

Everyone is different, but I only wash DS's face with warm water.

I agree, the baby acne is from the mother's hormones, it's just something that will go away on it's own as the baby flushes it out of their system but I would use a very gentle cleanser, like the Cetaphil and Aquaphor and not use anything too harsh or abrasive.
