Re: Can you recommend which undies to bring to hospital??
i got a bunch of underwear from Maternity Works in the Source Mall - they were perfect to wear after (and I had a c-section)
They were higher and covered my incision.

Re: Can you recommend which undies to bring to hospital??
I bought a 5 pack from Costco last time...just a package of briefs that were cheap enough to throw away without feeling bad if they were destroyed...they were very comfortable and honestly, I couldn't wear anything that was too high or I would feel strange....I did the same for this pregnancy..I bought my pre-pregnancy size and they were fine

I also just stayed in the hospital pj's because I was afraid of ruining the "special" ones I brought with me.

Re: Can you recommend which undies to bring to hospital??
just in case you have a section , you need some type of granny panty. I bought a 6 pack of jockey underwear that were high cut and came up to my belly button but they were the best and I wore them for weeks after, while I was healing from the section.
Also - the first two days I didnt wear underwear bc I couldnt get up to change a pad. The nurses packed pads and stuff under me. I guess that is bc I had the section.

Re: Can you recommend which undies to bring to hospital??
i got hanes from target. I originally bought big briefs and regular bikini. I found the briefs were up to my belly button and way to constricting for someone used to thongs. the bikini was full coverage but lower cut. I actually wore them over the mesh ones the hospital gives to feel more secure.

Re: Can you recommend which undies to bring to hospital??
Hanes comfort ones in a bigger size than I was wearing pregnant. I love those and now only wear them(in my size) Also just wanted to mention everyone is probably different but I didn;t bleed that bad, didn't ruin any undies

same here, i bought a bigger size so that they were loose... they are high up which was nice to go over my incision (since i was not planning on a c section.. glad i got these)
they are fantastic and cheap too.

This is what I got too!!! Worked great - think of them as disposable underwear.

Re: Can you recommend which undies to bring to hospital??
I brought granny panties with me, but honestly while I was in the hospital the most comfortable things were the mesh underwear they give you because you can throw them out as often as you want and just keep getting new ones. I wore the grannies for coming home and a little after, but not for two long because I dont think grannies are that comfortable...

Re: Can you recommend which undies to bring to hospital??
I brought my own (got some cheapy ones that were comfy that I could throw out afterwards). But honestly they gave me a huge supply of those disposable mesh ones - and since you are messy anyway I didn't feel like ruining the ones I had so I wore those and they were pretty comfortable
