i got a bunch of underwear from Maternity Works in the Source Mall - they were perfect to wear after (and I had a c-section)
They were higher and covered my incision.
yup! i was wearing my low riders and it was digging into the incision

i brought my own but i didn't wear them - they give you great big mesh ones that you wear with the huge hospital pads, they are very comfy and disposable. use those!!
