can you return furniture that you bought online?

We bought the matching loveseat to our living room set from the levitz.com site. Granted, it's been three years since we bought the chair and couch, but the loveseat we got last week is very different. It's a lot firmer (and not just because it's new...) and the color is different too, even though it was listed as the same (olive). It seems to be made a lot "cheaper", and it wasn't cheap at all! I figure it's because it's been such a long time, they've changed things a bit...

I plan to call them, but have any of you ever tried to return furniture?

if it isn't a special order, I would think that you could. Especially b/c it is Levitz and not some random website. I think the worst scenario is that they only credit you, so you will have to buy something else from them.
