Can you share your favorite kid-friendly meal recipes?

I am looking to switch things up a little bit.

I work, so I especially need one-dish casserole type meals that I can make ahead and freeze. But I am open to any suggestions.

What are your favorite recipes that your kids like?

I would if I had a recipe..I honestly just eyeball everything, and hope it comes out goodChat Icon
Basically it's eggs (usually around 3-4)
Milk or heavy cream
(mix those together very well
any veggies and cheese that you're putting in...I usually cook the veggies t spice them up with whatever spices. I want in it..mix in the cheese, let the veggies cool, then mix into the eggs and milk/cream mixture..

Pour into ready pie dish top with some more cheese bake at 350 until you stick a fork in the middle and it comes out clean..usually around 45mins....

HTH...sorry I don't have an exact recipe...

I looove for myself a spinach mushroom and feta quiche...AMAZINGChat Icon
