1/2 cup(s) plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup(s) cucumber(s), shredded
1 Tbsp dill, fresh, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder

This is from my friend's Yia-Yia and it's delicious -

2 lbs thick Greek yogurt - strained
White pepper to taste
Salt to tase
4-6 oz sour cream (small container)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp dill
2 8-9” cucumbers
3-4 large cloves garlic, chopped fine

Mix sour cream, pepper, salt, olive oil and dill
Peel, deseed cucumbers and shred with grater; squeeze out excess moisture
Add cucumber to sour cream mixture
Combine sour cream and yogurt
Stir in garlic and dill
Strain through cheesecloth
