Can you use yellow cake in a stadium pan?

I bought this stadium cake pan link

and I was wondering if I can put any cake mix in it like yellow cake, or does it specifically have to be bundt cake?

Or, what is the difference between bundt cake and yellow cake?

I think bundt refers to the shape, not the type of mix. Yes, you can use yellow cake mix in that pan.

Thanks! I am a terrible cook. I went to the supermarket today looking specifically for "bundt cake mix" for this.

I got the yellow cake mix. Very excited!

'Bundt' is actually the type of pan - they make a whole bunch of bundt pans, in different shapes and types.

Look here for the 'official' makers of bundt pans selection of pans - some are really cute!

i just made a cake ein it today. be careful how much you put in the pan. i filled it to the top and had a little mess in the oven. i realized i shouldn't have filled it to the top. you'll need for than one box of the cake mix
