Can you utilize COBRA more than once in a 12 month period?

I was covered by COBRA until 07/21 when my current company's benefits kicked in. If I leave this company am I eligible for COBRA again? I initially used it for three months, May , June and July.

cobra is for 18 months and each cobra is a plan on its own so say the 1st company provided you with blue cross ins. and you took that cobra you had blue cross cobra, then you took 2nd job and you took their insurance and gave up the blue cross cobra, now you picked up Atena, and you leave and you take cobra its atena cobra. do you get what i'm saying? there each there own plan.

cobra is just the term in which you take the health insurance a company provides and pay the entire premium on your own(you are also subject to a 10% clerical fee each month from the company you worked for, sometimes though they don't know about this to charge it)
