Re: Candy Land Centerpieces

I got this from a wedding-not sure if you want something to specifically mimic the game or just candy in general, but it is tall.

ETA OK, not nearly as tall as the other ones to posted. Wow! You could make those giant lollipops with just poster paper or card board and painted dowels.

The big lollipops are really easy to make. You can get big candycanes when they start putting out christmas decorations.

Re: Candy Land Centerpieces

I would hang the lolipops from the ceiling w/ fishing wire, you could also make the 'old school' looking CandyLand people (They kind of looked like colroful Gingerbread Men if I'm remembering back to 1982 or so correctly Chat Icon )

I'd do One large box full of coloful riibbons/tissue in the middle of the table and attach balloons to that also with fishing line so there is nothing obstructing your views across the table .......You can add smaller boxes of Candy around that big one as favors for the kids .........

Re: Candy Land Centerpieces

I saw some topiaries recently that had candy coming out of it. Let me see if I can find where it was.

It was really beautiful. I think it might have been for a Bat Mitvah (sorry if I got the gender wrong...I always confuse it).

Re: Candy Land Centerpieces

We went to a Candyland themed party this summer. The center pieces were styrofoam "trees" that had either carramel apples, jelly apples or chocolate covered marshmallows on a stick "growing" from them, with big balloons wrapped to look like lollipops tied to the top.
They were beautiful AND edible! Chat Icon
