Can't decide on furniture for big girl room
We're trying to decide on new furniture but I'm finding it made of such different materials. Some is MDF and select hardwood, others are poplar wood with something else and others are solid hardwood. Now of course I know the solid hardwood is best, but is it as important for kids furniture as it is for our regular furniture? Also, I love the fairytale look, but am a bit afraid that if I buy good stuff that she'll get tired of it before it actually NEEDS to be replaced. Here are the ones I like. Which do you like? I've also posted the bedding set that I think I'm leaning towards.

set #3.... becuase it's less ornate.... (I'm personally not into ornate furniture). #3 reminds me of pottery barn stuff... classic!

1 or 5-- judging it on your bedding set. I love the cherry set but I think it goes with a different bedding. Beautiful choices!

I like set 3 the best- I can see that set growing with your DD into her teenage years...
I got DD a set made that sort of copied pottery barn & pottery barn kids...
It's white painted maple and I know DD will have it until she's moving out...
i just didn't want to go through the expense and hassel and have to get something else down the road...

I'd probably go with #1 b/c it looks like you can use it the longest b/c it's not too young and kiddish, it's beautiful and very sophisticated.
