Cant stop eating!!
It's been so bad this year! I usually have great self control and drink tons of water everyday! Yet, I can not shake being hungry. I think it's weather related but, its nuts how I can't stay away from food! It's all good stuff high in proteins and good fats to keep me full. It's just not cutting it! Anyone have some other pointers that I may implement? It's starting to negate my daily workout!

My best tactic is to keep busy and not have things to snack on in the house. The busier I am, the less I eat. I tend to graze when I'm bored or if food is readily available.
