Car accident - I need the 'This sucks' board
So some guy blew a red light this morning, hit my car on the passenger rear side, made me go up on the sidewalk and smash into a building.
He's saying that he had a green light... ummm I was 3/4 thru the intersection and I *know* I had a green light. Even if I went on the yellow and it just changed green for you, you should have seen me directly in front of you and not plow into me at 30+ MPH causing my car to veer right on a 45 degree angle. He also said he was going straight, while I could swear he was trying to turn into the lane I was in. Cop called him on it because of where the debris was.
 Why can't people just admit when they mess up?

Glad you're ok!
Don't worry about that jackazz. I was in an accident where the other driver swore it wasn't her fault when it was. Regardless, the report the police fill out should leave no question as to the truth (hopefully). I wouldn't worry! Especially if the cop wasn't buying the other guy's story. Just rest and get better

Thanks everyone. I have a headache, neckache and a little shoulder ache, but nothing crazy. It certainly could have been a lot worse.
I'll never look at the building the same again. They said it shook.
